Iwanov-Petkin Fires All Three Streets, Folds to Garp's River Shove
Tobias Garp made it 500 to go preflop from the cutoff and Josef Schusteritsch called in the small blind. Dimitar Iwanov-Petkin bumped it up to 2,200 from the big blind, which only Garp called.
The two saw a flop of 2♠2♥8♠ where Iwanov-Petkin continued with a bet of 1,800, and Garp called.
A 9♠ on the turn saw Iwanov-Petkin bet again, this time for 2,800. Garp called.
When the J♣ landed on the river, Iwanov-Petkin unloaded his third bullet into the pot of 5,000, and Garp moved all-in. Iwanov-Petkin had 15,000 behind and needed to put them all at risk if he wanted to proceed to a showdown, however, after some time thinking, he folded and showed the A♠ as he did so.
