Sylwia Studniarz made it 35,000 to go from the small blind and Alexis Andre three-bet to 120,000 from the big blind. Studniarz took a moment before she shoved, and Andre snap-called for his stack of around 800,000.

Andre was in a great spot to double up, and his situation improved on the 8♥4♥Q♣ flop as he made top set. Studniarz seemed destined to lose a chunk of her stack, but the J♥ on the turn opened up a world of outs for her as she picked up both straight & flush draws. A collective gasp was heard when the 9♠ hit the river as Studniarz improved to a straight, which ended Andre's run in the Main Event.

Can anybody stop Studniarz? She's on fire right now.

Hansen Slowly Chips Up

Paul Runcan opened the action from early position with a raise to 30,000, which Lasse Hansen called on the button, and Pawel Wojciechowski called out of the big blind.

The three players saw the dealer fan out a flop of K♣5♣8♦ and the action checked the Hansen. Hansen put out a bet of 40,000 and only Runcan called.

The Q♥ turn and 6♣ river checked through and Hansen took down the pot with 9♥9♦ for a pair of nines.

Nikita Kuznetsov raised to 30,000 from the cutoff and Barak Oz called out of the small blind.

They went to a flop of 5♦5♠3♣, where Oz checked the action over to Kuznetsov. Kuznetsov put out a continuation-bet of 35,000 and Oz quickly called.

The turn came the 6♣, and Oz check-called another bet from Kuznetsov, this time for 120,000.

When the 4♣ fell on the river, Oz shoved for Kuznetsov's remaining 350,000. Kuznetsov thought over the decision for over two minutes before he decided to fold his cards and forfeit the pot to Oz.

Gianfranco Iaculli's tournament life unraveled in dramatic fashion, starting with a costly clash against Pascal Vos. With about 85,000 in the middle and the board showing 9♦4♠9♣K♠, Vos, sitting in the big blind, checked to Iaculli, who bet. Vos responded with a raise to 85,000, which Iaculli called.

The A♠ landed on the river, and Vos moved all in for 280,000. Iaculli snap-called, revealing A♥7♣ for two pair, aces and nines. However, Vos turned over 5♠2♠ for a surprising flush, leaving Iaculli with just 5,000 chips.

In the very next hand, Gal Bar opened to 30,000 from middle position. Iaculli, with no choice but to go all in for his last 5,000, tossed in his chip. Paul Runcan, sitting on the button, three-bet to 85,000, prompting Bar to fold and leaving Iaculli to face Runcan in a heads-up showdown.

Camosci Puts Eskes in the Blender

The action was picked up on the turn with the board showing 7♥2♠A♥9♦ and around 350,000 chips in the pot. Enrico Camosci was first to act from the big blind and announced all in for 325,000. Tjenno Eskes was Camosic's only opponent in the hand and he went deep into the tank. Eskes started the hand from under the gun and burned through four of his time bank cards, before, ultimately, he reluctantly folded and the pot was sent to Camosci.
