Park Mucks at Showdown, Andre Scoops Without Showing Cards

Niveau 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Alexis Andre
Alexis Andre

Jaehyung Park raised the button to 30,000 and Alexis Andre called out of the big blind.

On the AJ3 flop, Andre tapped the table and Park fired out a continuation-bet of 25,000. Andre called.

An A on the turn saw Andre check again, then park made another bet of 55,000. One of Andre's timebanks went into the pot and after he burned through one, he flicked in the call.

When the 7 dropped on the river, Andre checked for a third time and Park reached for chips, then bet 135,000. It wasn't one timebank then went in this time, but instead Andre slid in an entire stack, indicating that he had a tough decision on his hands. Though after using just one 30-second extension, Andre called.

The entire table were expecting to see a showdown, but Park didn't want to show his cards and just mucked, which meant Andre collected the pot without showing his cards.

Carmelo Donato: AA All in
Joshua McSwiney: AQ

Donato looked poised to find an early double-up on Day 4 of the Main Event if his aces could hold up. The runout of QJK92 gave Donato a bit of a sweat with his pocket aces, but in the end, they held up, and a large portion of McSwiney's stack was sent over to Donato.
