Orpaz on a Run

Matt Hansen

Niveau 14 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Tom Orpaz raised to 5,500 from the button and Michael Jozoff called from the big blind.

Jozoff checked the flop of 9♠3♥3♦ and Orpaz bet 5,000. Jozoff fired back with a raise to 12,000 and Orpaz called.

Both players checked the A♣ turn to see 10♣ on the river. Jozoff checked and then folded quickly when Orpaz tossed out 15,000.

Orpaz showed 5♦4♠ and dragged the pot. He has chipped up above the 300K mark in the late levels.
