With the completed board showing J♠9♣7♦6♦J♦, Terry Fleischer was getting up from his seat as John Morgan was collecting all of his chips.
Fleischer held A♦4♦ for the nut flush, but it was no good as Morgan had tabled J♥J♣ for quad jacks to add to his sizable stack early in the day.

Eric Schaeffer raised the cutoff, Brian Thomas called in the small blind, and Jeremy Becker defended the big blind.
The flop landed K♥4♥2♣ and the blinds checked to Schaeffer who bet 2,000. Thomas check-raised to 5,200, Becker folded, and Schaeffer called.
The 10♠ fell on the turn and Thomas bet 8,000. Schaeffer called.
The J♣ completed the board and Thomas moved all in for 16,000. Schaeffer briefly thought about it and called.
Thomas showed Q♥J♥ for a pair of jacks, but it was no good as Schaeffer tabled K♣10♣ for two pair to claim the pot and eliminate Thomas.
Nick Pupillo raised to 1,300 from middle position and Rania Nasreddine called from the next seat over before the cutoff tossed in the chips to come along. The button and blinds got out of the way and action was three handed.
Pupillo bet 1,500 on a flop of 6♥2♥10♥ and both players gave up the pot.
Meanwhile, Tom Orpaz has taken a seat at the same table with a fresh stack.
After first sitting down at the wrong table, Scotty Nguyen has found his correct seat at the NAPT Las Vegas Main Event.
"What's up, baby?" Nguyen greeted his tablemates.
On his first hand, Nguyen raised to 1,200 from the cutoff and everyone folded to concede the pot to the Prince of Poker.

Calvin Kelleher, Sridhar Sangannagari, and Barrett Lipkin are among those qualifiers in Las Vegas who are vying for a share of the $1,500,000 guarantee.
Kelleher and Sangannagari are from New Jersey and Lipkin hails from Pennsylvania. Sangannagari has just over $1,000,000 in career earnings, according to the Hendon Mob, and he recently finished in second place in the $600 NLH/PLO mix at the 2023 WSOP. Lipkin is a WSOP circuit ring winner and Kelleher is looking for his first major accolade.
