Kohlberg Turns the Nuts, Madsen Gets Away on the River
Niveau 29
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Curt Kohlberg raised to 200,000 in the cutoff with A♥Q♥ and Jeff Madsen called in the big blind.
The flop came 10♥5♠2♥ and Kohlberg bet 275,000 with his flush draw. Madsen called and the 6♥ fell on the turn, giving Kohlberg the nut flush.
Both players checked to the 10♣ river and Kohlberg bet another 500,000. Madsen used a time bank before folding K♦5♥.
