The PCA Main Event is on another 20-minute break. Day 1b has been very well attended, with 421 entries registered so far. 286 of those remain and will need to survive two more levels to bag and tag a stack for Day 2.
In a pot of some 33,500 to the turn, Dietrich Fast checked out of the blinds and Patrick Kennedy bet 9,500 in the cutoff. Some two minutes passed before Fast jammed all-in for around 25,000 and Kennedy beat him into the pot with a snap-call.

Fast was crushed and found no miracle escape on the river as Kennedy further improved to the nut flush.
"Nice hand cuz, you got it all from him in two hands," Steven Buckner added in table chat. Baruch Forst added "it was even the same flop," to which Kennedy replied, "I made the nut flush again in clubs".
Buckner, who has been entertaining the table as usual with his very jovial chat, added "I am sure that was still in his head."
Kujinder Sidhu raised to 1,200 from early position before Aliaksandr Shylko three-bet to 3,600 from the hijack. Action folded back to Sidhu who called.
The flop came and Shylko continuation-bet for 2,600. Sidhu check-called.
The was the turn and Sidhu checked. Shylko fired 6,600 and Sidhu called again.
Action checked through on the river and Sidhu showed to take down the pot with top pair as Shylko mucked.
Ramin Hajiyev was suddenly left with a shorter stack and got those chips in with the . He was dominated by the of Tamas Konya and failed to gain any help on the board.
Heads-up to the turn, Chris Brewer checked and then called a bet worth 6,500 by Jonathan Jaffe. On the river, Brewer checked again and Jaffe then bet 18,000 for most of his remaining stack. Brewer jammed after some 20 seconds and Jaffe sent his cards into the muck after he was caught with the fingers in the cookie jar.
Henrik Hecklen raised to 1,400 from early position before Klemens Roiter three-bet to 3,800 from the cutoff. Action folded back around to Hecklen who four-bet shoved for around 20,000. Roiter quickly folded.
