Ren Lin
Ren Lin

On the heads-up flop of {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, Ren Lin checked to his opponent, Sriharsha Doddapaneni, who then bet 4,000.

"Four thousand, what are you doing, how much do you have?" asked Lin, known for his table talk.

Doddapaneni said nothing but adjusted his chips so Lin could see.

"Oh wow you have a lot, I better just call, I don't even know what I have," Lin said as he called the 4,000.

The turn came the {3-Clubs} and the action went check-check.

On the river {10-Diamonds}, Lin carefully placed out 2,000 and was called by Doddapenini. Lin then tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for a pair of aces and Doddapenini promptly mucked.

Theuma Adds Little to His Stack

Niveau 4 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante
Corel Theuma
Corel Theuma

After a preflop raise to 8,500 and a call, Jonathan Little and Corel Theuma went to a flop of {8-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Hearts}.

Little was the first to act and he led out for 5,000. Theuma quickly made the call and the two went to the {4-Spades} turn.

After a few seconds Little checked to Theuma, who moved all in with a slightly bigger stack.

Little checked his cards one more time, shrugged, and set his chips in the middle, putting himself at risk.

Jonathan Little: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Corel Theuma: {5-Clubs}{6-Spades}

Theuma was in the lead with his pair of fives, but Little could still hit any ace or king to take it. Unfortunately for him, the river{6-Hearts} only improved Theuma to two pair and Little was sent to the rail.

Action at Table 7

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Pablo Brito Silva
Pablo Brito Silva

Mike Watson was first to act on the completed board of {5-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and he decided to bet 16,000 into the already large pot of 20,000.

The action was then on his heads-up opponent, Pablo Silva, who went into the tank.

After some thought, Silva made the call and Watson shook his head as he tabled {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a queen-high bluff. Silva then flipped over {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for a pair of aces to take down the sizeable pot.

The very next hand Watson opened to 1,000 under- the-gun but was then three-bet to 4,000 by Anthony Hu on the button. Then Silva decided to cold four-bet from the small blind to 8,000 which prompted a frustrated fold from Watson and sent the action back to Hu.

After several moments, Hu then announced he was all in and slid his stack into the middle, totaling 57,000. Faced with this bet, Silva decided to let it go and Hu took it down without seeing a flop.

Adam Hendrix

After an open to 800 by Rodrigo Seiji and a call from Lex Veldhuis on the button, small blind Joao Simao three-bet to 4,300. Adam Hendrix in the big blind put in a cold four-bet to 10,500, causing a fold from Seiji and Veldhuis.
After using a time bank, Simao made the call and the two went heads-up to a flop of {q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

Simao then check-called a continuation of 4,500 from Hendrix and they saw the {2-Diamonds} on the turn. Simao again checked, but Hendrix kept his foot on the gas and bet another 9,000. After a few seconds, Simao made the call and they saw the river card fall the {a-Diamonds}.

This time, both players decided to check and the cards were shown:

Adam Hendrix: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
Joao Simao: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

"All that for that, eh?" Tablemate Parker Talbot chirped as the two chopped the pot.
