Welcome to the final day of Event #25: $50,000 8-Handed at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure at the beautiful Baha Mar Resort in The Bahamas.

Yesterday saw six high rollers join the field to create a prize pool of $389,664, but with late registration and rebuys still open until the end of Level 12, expect that number to grow.

USA's Jonathan Jaffe bagged the top stack in Day 1 and will look to put his 88 big blinds to work in the hunt for his first ever PCA title. Jaffe finished second in the 2018 $25,000 PCA High Roller for $569,760, and with over six million in live earnings, is no stranger to these fields.

Rounding out the top three is Daniel Dvoress with 317,000 and Orpen Kisacikoglu with 248,000, who both managed to find a bag with only one bullet.

As always, the PokerNews team will have all of the action covered as the field plays down to crowning the latest PCA champion.

Kisacikoglu Scores First Pot; Chidwick Sent to The Rail By Davies

In a heads-up pot with 30,000 in the middle on a flop showing {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, Stephen Chidwick bet 4,000 from under the gun and Orpen Kisacikoglu made the call in the cutoff.

On the {7-Clubs} turn Chidwick kept up the aggression with a bet of 11,000 and Kisacikoglu came along. The {3-Diamonds} completed the board and Chidwick slowed down with a check. Kisacikoglu took a moment before sliding forward 21,000, covering the 18,000 remaining for Chidwick, who quickly folded.

On the next hand Seth Davies opened the button to 12,000 and only Chidwick called in the big blind. The flop fanned out {k-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Chidwick moved all in for his last 6,000, which Davies called.

Stephen Chidwick: {k-Diamonds}{3-Spades}
Seth Davies: {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

Both players flopped top pair but the ten kicker for Davies was well out in front. The board ran out {2-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and the two pair for Davies secured the pot and sent Chidwick to the rail.

Badziakouski Hits River to Double

Niveau 11 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

After limping in preflop, Daniel Dvoress and Mikita Badziakouski both checked the flop of {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}.

The turn came the {q-Hearts}, which saw Dvoress check-call a bet of 10,000 from Badziakouski.

On the river {4-Clubs}, Dvoress checked again, and Badziakouski announced a bet of 18,000. Dvoress then check-raised all in, and Badziakouski snap-called, putting himself at risk.

"Straight," Dvoress announced as he turned over {q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, but it was no good as Badziakouski rolled over {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for a rivered flush.

Badziakouski was then awarded the pot for a successful double-up to 117,000.
