Ten Good

Niveau 5 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Sergio Aido raised to 5,000 under the gun and action folded all the way around to Phil Hellmuth, who called from the big blind.

Hellmuth then check-called a bet of 3,000 on the {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} flop before both players checked the {a-Diamonds} turn. Action repeated itself on the {9-Hearts} river and Hellmuth declared, "Ten."

"Good," Aido replied. He then mucked after Hellmuth tabled his {10-Spades}{2-Spades}.

Action folded around to Justin Bonomo on the button and he raised to 4,000. Christian Christner responded by three-betting to 17,500 from the small blind and Bonomo just called to see the {2-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop.

Christner bet 35,000, and Bonomo called off for his remaining 34,000.

Bonomo: {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Christner: {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Bonomo got it in good, and he was looking to hold to ship the double. The {7-Diamonds} turn was safe, but the {q-Diamonds} river was not. Christner paired his queen and Bonomo was sent to the rail.

Phil Hellmuth Doubles Through Chip Leader 15 Minutes In

Niveau 4 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Phil Hellmuth in the 2017 SHRB
Phil Hellmuth in the 2017 SHRB

Chip leader Jake Schindler raised to 3,500 under the gun and Phil Hellmuth, who had entered the tournament minutes prior, called next to act. Christian Christner came along from the big blind and three players took a flop of {5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}.

All three players checked, and then both Christner and Schindler checked the {a-Diamonds} turn. Hellmuth took the opportunity to bet 5,000, Christner folded, and Schindler woke up with a check-raise to 18,000.

Hellmuth called the additional 13,000 and the {4-Diamonds} completed the board on the river. Schindler spiked in a tall stack of blue T5,000 chips, and Hellmuth quickly used both hands to slide in all of his chips, which was 103,500.

Schindler's bet was more than that, and he sheepishly showed the {q-Spades}{j-Spades} for a bluff. Hellmuth then tabled the {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for a full house and the double.

Phil Hellmuth Enters

Niveau 4 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

14-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth entered the field post break. Here's a look at some various counts.

The 200K Club

Niveau 4 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

We did a loop during the break and it appears six players (not taking into account the recently moved feature table) are up over 200K.

Niveau: 4

Blinds: 1,000/1,500

Ante: 1,500

First Break of the Day

Niveau 3 : 500/1,500, 1,500 ante

Three levels have come and gone. That means it's time for the first 10-minute break of the day.

Upon coming back from the break, Table 4 will be moved to the feature table, which will then be live streamed on PokerGO on a 30-minute delay. The lineup for that table includes Erik Seidel, Adrian Mateos, Doug Polk, Brian Rast, Ben Tollerene, and Stephen Chidwick.

Christian Christner Doubles Through Justin Bonomo

Niveau 3 : 500/1,500, 1,500 ante
Christian Christner during the 2017 SHRB.
Christian Christner during the 2017 SHRB.

Christian Christner raised to 5,000 under the gun and then called Justin Bonomo's three-bet to 14,000 from the big blind.

The {j-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} flop saw Bonomo lead out for 10,000, and Christner called to see the {10-Spades} turn. Bonomo eyed up his opponent's stack of 58,500 and then announced all in. Christner wasted little time in calling off.

Bonomo: {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Christner: {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

Christner was ahead with two pair, but Bonomo could still win with either an ace or non-jack spade on the river. The dealer burned one last time and put out the {5-Clubs} on the river. It was a blank as far as Bonomo was concerned and he sent over the vast majority of his stack.

Delayed C-Bet Works for Keith Lehr

Niveau 3 : 500/1,500, 1,500 ante

Dominik Nitsche raised to 3,500 from the cutoff only to have Keith Lehr three-bet to 8,000 from the button. Both blinds folded, Nitsche called, and the flop came down {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{a-Spades}.

Both players checked and the dealer put out the {3-Hearts} on the turn. Nitsche checked for a second time and then folded when Lehr bet 8,000.
