Both Gabriel Attiave and Govert Metaal were short after the bubble, and each got their respective stacks in preflop while Mike Vela and another player had side action.
A bet from Vela on a flop got the other active player to fold, and then all three players tabled their hands.

Gaelle Baumann was faced with a tough call on a full board for a big portion of her stack in the penultimate hand of the night. On a board of , the pot was only worth 40,000 before the river, but Baumann's bet of 17,000 was raised by Aslan Tcechoev to 77,700 as he moved all-in.
Baumann took her time, but eventually called, and Tcechoev showed . Baumann turned over and that was a good call. She has waited right until the end of the day, but made the big hands count with the right pay at the right time, and will bag up a good stack to take into Day 3.
