Jonathan Abdellatif opened for 18,000 from the cutoff and was met by an all-in three-bet to 51,000 from Pedro Romanzo Pollino on the button. Both blinds folded and Pollino discovered he was dominated.
Pollino:
Abdellatif:
Pollino had a kicker problem and it didn't get resolved as the board ran out . Pollino hit the rail in 27th for $12,480.
Action folded to Samuel Gagnon on the button and he moved all in for 76,000, which James Salmon called from the big blind.
Gagnon:
Salmon:
Gagnon was way out in front, but not after the flop came down to give Salmon two pair. Neither the turn nor river helped Gagnon and he had to settle for 26th place and a $12,480 prize.
Alberto Meran Matias bet about 30,000 on a board of from the button, and Pablo Gordillo tanked awhile then shoved all in from the cutoff for approximately 130,000. Matias quickly called with . Gordillo held and had a bunch of outs to the river. The was not one of them, and now just three tables remain.
Alexandre Viard got his stack all in preflop and found himself in dire straits against Caufman Talley.
Talley:
Viard:
The flop gave Viard a flush draw, and the turn an added straight draw. Viard had a 41% chance of getting there, and he did when the spiked on the river.
Tito Ortiz limped in from middle position, starting a cascade of limps that resulted in a five-handed pot to the flop. Action checked to the cutoff, where Robin Luca Wozniczek bet 12,000. Jessica Perez Borrego called, and Vasyl Vertianov made it 30,000 in the small blind. That wasn't enough for Byron Kaverman, who popped it to 84,000. Everyone folded.
Action folded to Caufman Talley in the small blind and he raised to 54,000, which was more than half his stack. Igor Yaroshevskyy then moved all in from the big and Talley hit the tank, apparently in an effort to let hands finish on the outer tables. He then called off for 107,000 total and it was off to the races.
Talley:
Yaroshevskyy:
Talley was looking to hold to score the double, but that proved easier said than done as the flop paired Yaroshevskyy.
Neither the turn nor river was the jack Talley needed, and he hit the rail in 24th place for $12,480.
