Gary Stokes Closes in on 100,000 Chips

Niveau 4 : 150/300, 50 ante

Uday Bansal raised from under the gun and Gary Stokes three-bet to 1,800. Lukas Baumer cold-called and Bansal four-bet to 5,500. Both Stokes and Baumer called and the flop came {10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

Bansal continued for 10,000. Stokes, swearing intermittently, eventually raised to 20,000 and Baumer folded quickly.

With the action back on Bansal, Stokes muttered: "I can't possibly be ahead, but I just can't fold."

Bansal eventually folded. Stokes turned over {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} and took down the pot.
