One of the stronger players in the field today is Lukas Zaskodny. The Czech professional, who has already amassed over $150,000 in lifetime winnings, just netted a sweet double-up to get himself up to a playable stack.
On a flop, a player bet 2,700 and Mikhail Sokolovsky called. Zaskodny raised to 10,800, leaving himself a little under 10,000 behind. The initial better folded, but Sokolovsky put in a massive amount of T-5,000 chips with theatrical antics. Zaskodny snap-called it off.

Gabriel Mayer opened the action with a raise and short stack Drazen Hadur shoved from the small blind for around 10,000. Carl Harris in the big blind, who was sitting on an already impressive big stack, looked up Hadur and Mayer had around 17,000 left. The German eventually called with the words "I can't get out of that one anymore" and the cards were tabled.

EPT13 Barcelona Main Event winner Sebastian Malec is one of the latest to join into the action on Day 1c. The young Pole gained prominence by winning the last Barcelona EPT ever, where he cashed an astonishing €1,112,800.
