Heads-up to the J♥8♥3♦4♥ turn, Ricky Toker bet 400 and Joe Rahme asked him "how much is it?" before he raised to 1,500. Toker folded the A♣ and Rahme first showed the A♥ followed by the 6♥.
"I was ahead preflop," Toker joked and Rahme replied "how do you get away from it?"
The final conclusion of Toker was rather simple: "I didn't have any heart".
On a recently opened new table, the board showed A♥Q♥9♦8♣9♣ and the opponent of Dhinesh Soopramanien check-called for 3,000. The player from Mauritius showed the A♠J♠ and had to chop versus A♦7♦.
New on this table are KM, Rajeev Poonhath and Maureen Bloechlinger, who already has a short stack through to Day 2.

Three ways to the A♥10♠7♥K♦ turn, Hennie Appel raised a bet of Toran Tate from 2,500 to 6,000 and the cutoff folded while Tate called. Appel then faced a bet of 15,000 on the J♦ river and Appel instantly declared fold, showing the 7♠7♣ for a flopped set of sevens.
Tate revealed his K♥Q♥ for broadway before claiming the pot.
On the tail end of a 9♦6♦5♦7♠7x board, Francis Vanderlinden checked and Wessen Conradie bet 2,000 off a shorter stack behind. Vanderlinden folded and was shown the 4♣4♦ by Conradie.
Heads-up to the 7♣5♣5♠ flop, Bernard Gossard checked and then called a bet of 1,900 by Jaryd Jardien in the next seat. The 4♥ turn saw Gossard check-call for another 5,500 before they checked the 6♦ on the river. Gossard tabled the A♥5♥ for trips fives and Jardien was left with the head shaking.
