After a flop fanned out, Steffen Sontheimer checked, Gabe Patgorski bet 400, and Cheok Cheong raised to 900. Sontheimer three-bet to 3,200 only to see Patgorski four-bet making it 9,400 total. Both players called and the fell on the turn.
Patgorski continued with a bet of 11,000 seeing Cheong call and Sontheimer check-fold. The was issued on the river and Patgorski slid out his stack of yellow T-5,000 chips, enough to put Cheong all-in, and Cheong eventually folded.
Patgorski went to put his cards in the muck but decided to show and turned over for a flopped flush.
The field has grown to 39 entries as the first level of the day came to an end. Registration and unlimited re-entry remain open all day so it can easily climb even higher.
Jacky Wang fired a pot-sized bet of 5,300 on the turn of a board and Quan Zhou made the call. The completed the board and Wang bet 7,000. Zhou went into the tank for a couple moments before calling.
