Zamani Doubles Through Kaverman

Niveau 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Action was on the river with a board showing {9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Byron Kaverman led out with a bet of 14,000 into a pot that was right around 50,000. Martin Zamani was his opponent and he moved all in for a bit over 55,000. Kaverman called and their hands were turned up.

Zamani showed {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} for a full house and Kaverman was forced to turn up his {A-Spades}{9-Spades} for a lesser full house as well. With that, Zamani was able to double to right around 160,000 chips while Kaverman was left with just about 40,000.

Weinand Scoops a Pot Earlier Against Chidwick

Niveau 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A player in the hijack opened to 2,500, Daniel Weinand called from the small blind and Stephen Chidwick three-bet to 12,500. The initial raiser folded to Weinand who called and the dealer flipped over {6-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{10-Spades} on the flop.

Action checked to Chidwick, he bet 10,000, Weinand called and a {3-Hearts} fell on the turn. Both players checked, the {j-Diamonds} came on the river and Weinand pushed in a bet of 30,000.

Chidwick used one of his 60-second time extensions, before ultimately folding his hand and sending the pot to Weinand.

Yu Bust Schein on One of the First Hands

Niveau 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Ben Yu
Ben Yu

The pot was 7,500 on the flop with the board showing {J-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Alan Schein was first to act from the big blind. He checked to Ben Yu who was under the gun and Yu fired a bet of 5,000. Schein then check-raised, making it 10,000. Yu thought for nearly all of his 30 seconds before three-betting and making it 30,000. Schein called.

The turn was the {K-Spades} and Schein checked. Yu jammed all in and Schein quickly called.

Ben Yu: {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}
Alan Schein: {K-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

The river was the {5-Hearts} and Yu would hold on to take all of Schein's chips on one of the very first hands of the day.
