Sean Winter opened with a raise to 16,000 and action folded to Ben Yu in the cutoff. With right around 90,000 he tanked a bit before folding. Action folded to Bill Klein in the small blind and he moved all in for 75,000. Winter called quickly and the hands were tabled.

"Good fold, Ben Yu," Winter said to Yu after the hand.

"I think I made a bad fold actually," Yu said in response.

"That's when you call it a deck read," Winter responded with a smile, joking that Yu knew what cards would come on the board.

Soverel Finds a Caller in Bonomo

The turned board was showing {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{5-Spades} and the pot had 44,000 in it. Action checked to Sam Soverel who bet 32,000 and was check-called by Justin Bonomo.

The {j-Spades} landed on the river, Bonomo checked to Soverel, after using a full time extension, he bet 95,000. Bonomo took around the same amount of time, before he would ultimately make the call and Soverel tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for top pair. Bonomo mucked and Soverel scooped in the pot.

Lauren Roberts: A Queen Amongst Kings

On Saturday night, Lauren Roberts battled her way through the final table of Event #3 of the U.S. Poker Open that included the likes of Koray Aldemir, Stephen Chidwick, Brandon Adams and Sean Winter.

Roberts outlasted 91 entries to claim the $218,400 first prize and made personal and poker history. The win was her first live tournament triumph and her USPO victory was the first by a woman.

Kenney Misses, Loeser Secures a Double

The flop was showing {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and the pot had around 30,000 in it. Action checked to Bryn Kenney on the button, he bet 9,000 and Manig Loeser check-raised to 22,000.

Kenney called, the {a-Diamonds} fell on the turn and Loeser moved all in for 66,000. Kenney thought for around 20-seconds before he called and turned over {k-Spades}{5-Spades} for a flush draw.

Loeser tabled {6-Clubs}{3-Spades} for three sixes and the dealer turned over an {a-Clubs} on the river. Loeser took down the pot, doubling through Kenney.
