With a bet and call worth 6,000 already pulled into the main pot after the J♣3♦2♠ flop, the 8♠ turn saw Franco Spitale check. Stefan Nemetz on the button bet 16,000 only for Spitale to check-shove. The all-in was for 43,000 and Nemetz tank-folded after the clock was called on him.

Jeremy Ausmus opened to 1,800 in early position and Jamie Gold called out of the small blind.
Gold checked on the flop of 2♦10♠7♦ and Ausmus continued for 2,000. Gold check-raised to 8,000 and Ausmus called.
Gold sized down to 6,500 on the 10♥ turn and Ausmus called. Gold then bet 16,000 on the 7♥ and engaged in some of his trademark table talk as Ausmus sat in the tank.
"I started with diamonds but I might have made something," Gold told him. "Definitely have two diamonds in my hand."
"I have a big hand," Ausmus said. "I can't fold."
Ausmus called and mucked as the 2006 Main Event champion showed J♦10♦ for tens full of sevens.
"Everyone sees a few clips from 2006 and thinks I'm bluffing," Gold said. "I get good cards like everyone else."

On a flop of 10♣8♣6♣, Luc Lafontaine got his last 37,300 in against Timothy Adams and the High Roller regular quickly called with the covering stack.

Sorel Mizzi was all-in for 23,400 with the K♦K♥ and table big stack Christian Roberts looked him up with the A♠K♣.
The 9♣8♣8♥ flop changed nothing but Roberts soared ahead on the A♦ turn, leaving Mizzi with a single out. Sure enough, the K♠ came on the river and Mizzi doubled with a one-outer.

Deeb checked on the turn and called a bet from his opponent. Deeb checked again on the Q♦ river and Nagaki bet 7,000. Deeb called, only to muck as Nagaki showed K♠3♠ for kings and threes.
