He then prepared a four-bet of around 75,000 but he didn't put in all the raising chips at once, so it was ruled a raise to 50,000. Sgorrano folded, Sfez called.

Barny Boatman had a tremendously good start today, tripling his short stack in the first hand. The rest of the day wasn't as prosperous, though. After losing some smaller pot he was reverted back to the role of short stack.

Natalia Breviglieri was short for quite some time and just found her Waterloo in a hand against Dimitri Sukhorukov. The two had tangled before, but this time it was all pre-flop action there was to it.
Action folded to Breviglieri on the button and she moved in for 38,000. Sukhorukov, seated in the small blind, thought about it for a bit before calling. Big blind Tony Dunst folded immediately.
