Steven Tymms opened to 300,000 in the cutoff and was called by Takao Shimizu on the button and Ralph Wong in the big blind. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and the action checked through to the {j-Clubs} on the turn and the {10-Spades} on the river.

Tymms tossed in a bet on the river and Shimizu moved all in. Tymms quickly called and tabled {q-Spades}{6-Hearts} for a king-high straight. However, Shimizu rolled over {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for an ace-high straight. When the chips were counted, it was Tymms who was barely covered with 1,970,000, and he is out in 19th.

The flop was {2-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{a-Hearts}. Paredes checked. Turner bet 460,000. Paredes called.

The turn brought the {9-Diamonds} and was checked around to the {10-Hearts} river. Paredes threw in a bet of 775,000. Turner raised all in for 2,615,000, and Paredes made the call. Paredes showed {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} for flopped trips, but it was Turner who won the pot with {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} for a full house.

Nicholas Salimbene shipped all in for 1,505,000 in early position and Pablo Fernandez called from the big blind. Salimbene tabled {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and was flipping against the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} of Fernandez.

The board ran out {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Salimbene scored the double-up, leaving Fernandez with under 200,000 chips.

In the next hand, Salimbene opened to 200,000 and Fernandez stuck in his last 180,000 from the small blind. Derek Alley also called in the big blind and the flop came {j-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Both players checked to the {8-Hearts} on the turn where Salimbene bet 125,000. Alley folded and the remaining two hands were tabled.

Salimbene held {a-Spades}{j-Hearts} against the {j-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} of Fernandez. The river brought the {6-Diamonds} and Fernandez became the first elimination of the day.

The Final Day of Event #34: $1,000 DOUBLE STACK No-Limit Hold'em Starts at 12 p.m.

A winner will be crowned today in Event #34: $1,000 DOUBLE STACK No-Limit Hold'em. The action gets underway at 12 p.m. local time. The remaining 20 players are already guaranteed $22,122 at least, but will all battle it out for the first place of $644,224 and the WSOP gold bracelet.

Keith Ferrera leads the field with 7,550,000 and will be looking to book his first-ever WSOP tournament win. He is followed by Tomas Teran Paredes with a stack of 5,050,000.

When play begins, the blinds will be 50,000/100,000 with a 15,000 ante. There will be a 15-minute break every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after the day's sixth level at approximately 5:30 p.m.
