David Paredes

Joey Couden had a three-bet to 12,000 in front of him on the button and was facing a reraise to 41,000 from David Paredes in early position. Couden called and the flop came {6-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts}. Paredes jammed for about 20,000 and Couden quickly called.

Couden: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Paredes: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}

Aces were good for the moment but a {j-Hearts} turn had Paredes leaving his seat. The river was the {4-Hearts} and Paredes packed his bags and exited.

Vongxaiburana Saved by an Ace on the River

Niveau 12 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Florian Strasser raised to 7,000 on the button and Veerachai Vongxaiburana raised the maximum out of the small blind. Strasser matched the 23,400-bet and the rest of the money went in on the {5-Spades}{K-Spades}{J-Clubs} flop where Vongxaiburana bet 20,500 and called for 42,500 total when Strasser put him at risk.

Vongxaiburana: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Strasser: {K-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

Strasser flopped two pair and remained ahead after the {3-Hearts} turn to the felt. But the {A-Spades} river saved Vongxaiburana, giving him the best hand and a double.

Livingston Doubles Through Winter

Niveau 12 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Following two limps, Sean made it 13,200 in the small blind and the player in the big came along. The first limper folded but button Matt Livingston opted for a limp-call to peel the flop.

Winter potted the {2-Spades}{5-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop and Livingston shoved for 58,100. Winter put in his chips and the cards went on their backs.

Livingston: {7-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Winter: {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Winter was ahead but Livingston had a ton of outs to improve and he got one on the {7-Hearts} turn. The river fell {A-Diamonds} to confirm Livingston's double, giving him a wheel.
