Chait's Aces Don't Hold

Niveau 8 : 250/500, 75 ante

Craig Chait was all in and at risk with the shorter stack as he was called by his opponent.

Craig Chait: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}
Opponent: {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}

The flop came {3-Hearts}{j-Spades}{4-Spades} to give Chait's opponent a flush draw. The turn brought exactly what Chait was trying to avoid, the {10-Spades}, and Chait was drawing dead. The {6-Spades} on the river didn't change anything and Chait was sent to the rail.

Robinson Almost Doubles

Niveau 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

The board read {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Spades}{8-Hearts} and there was about 8,450 in the middle already. Devin Robinson bet 6,000 and his opponent in early position raised to 16,000. Robinson considered all his options and then decided to shove with a pretty similar stack to his opponent's. The early-position player called.

Early position: {J-Spades}{10-Spades}
Devin Robinson: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

The player in early position had flopped a straight flush draw, but Robinson had turned a full house. Robinson's opponent needed the queen or seven of spades for the straight flush to win the pot.

The river was the {a-Spades}, which did give the other player a flush, but still couldn't beat Robinson's full house of nines over aces.

After the dealer counted Robinson's stack, it was determined that Robinson had 500 chips, more so his opponent was eliminated from the tournament.

On the {j-Diamonds} turn, Sushant was checked to, and he bet 1,700 which was enough to take the pot.
