Of the 833 players who posted up the $1,500 entry into a new WSOP tournament in the Pot-Limit Omaha Bounty event, 125 will restart today at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino.

All those remaining in the field are also in the money and will begin at 2:00 P.M. local time and advance towards the coveted gold bracelet and the $141,161 prize up top.

Robert Oxenburg leads the remaining players with 210,300 in chips, however, Georgios Karavokyris is right on his heels with 207,000. Other notables in the fray today include Jeff Gross (28,600), Robert Mizrachi (23,600) and Benny Glaser (12,600).

In addition to the $1,421 min-cash secured to start the day, every contestant also has a hefty $500 bounty on their head.

This is one of eight new events to appear on the World Series of Poker schedule this year and despite not having a history here; the prize pool swelled to over 1.1 million drawing plenty of interest late into the summer series.

On the schedule for today are ten 60-minute levels, with a 15-minute break every two levels. There will also be a 60-minute dinner break after Level 6 (8:30p.m.). This event is played in the Miranda room.

Stay tuned here as the PokerNews team will be on hand the entire day to provide live updates on the action.

Samuels Triples Up

Niveau 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

On a flop of {4-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and 10,000 already in the middle, Jonathan Samuels checked from the big blind, Aalok Arora bet 13,800 from early position and Scott Hall called in middle position. Samuels went into the tank for a couple of minutes before deciding to shove all-in for his last 14,100 and both Arora and Hall tossed in the extra chips.

On the {A-Hearts} turn, Arora announced "pot" putting himself all-in for around 35,000 and Hall made the call. With no more action the {9-Spades} river completed the board and the hands were turned up.

Jonathan Samuels: {q-}{j-}{a-}{9-}
Aalok Arora: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Scott Hall: {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

Samuels would triple up with his queen-high straight as Hall would take the side pot and the bounty of Arora with the jack-high straight.
