Chung Folds Top Pair

Niveau 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

It folded to Darrin Phillips in late position and he raised it up to 35,000. Patrick Chung called from the button and both players in the blinds got out of the way.

The flop fell {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Phillips checked to Chung. Chung took over and fired a bet of 42,000. It didn't take too long for Phillips to move in his last 246,000 and it was back to Chung.

Chung let out a big sigh and started to think his decision over. He eventually folded the {a-Diamonds} while mucking his other card.

Phillips didn't show but he said ''good fold. I wish he called''. He then added he was holding pocket nines while he raked in the pot.

Eliminated in 64th-72nd ($858)

David Falls To Krupiarz

Niveau 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Fredric David jammed for 147,000 from the cutoff, and Errol Krupiarz three-bet shoved for 340,000 in the small blind, chasing out the big blind.

Fredric David: {a-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Errol Krupiarz: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The tabled gasped when the {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop gave David a host of new outs, as a three or four would now gave him the lead. The {6-Diamonds} turn made the four a chop out instead of a winning out for David, and the {k-Clubs} river sent David to get paid.

Kubin Eliminated

Niveau 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Thomas Kubin got his last 130,000 in the middle with {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} from early position against the {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} of Brian Belkin in late position.

Belkin celebrated loudly after the board ran out {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and he took down the pot.

Kubin got eliminated from the tournament while Belkin chipped up a bit.

Lauder III Falls To Shoemaker

Niveau 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Corey Eiferle raised to 21,000 from the hijack, and Derek Shoemaker three-bet to 44,000 in the cutoff. Keith Lauder III four-bet shoved for 50,000 total, and after Eiferle folded, Shoemaker quickly called.

Derek Shoemaker: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Keith Lauder III: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}

Shoemaker's Big Slick paid dividends when a {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{a-Clubs} board failed to give Lauder III a queen or spades.

Kertland Dispatches Goldman

Niveau 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Daniel Goldman jammed for 70,000 from UTG, and Jesse Kertland called to put him at risk on the button.

Daniel Goldman: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
Jesse Kertland: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

Goldman shook his head upon seeing he was dominated, and an {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{4-Clubs} board left him wishing the table "Good luck," before making his exit.

Lamers Takes One Out

Niveau 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
ADAM LAMERS
ADAM LAMERS

PokerNews Live Reporter Adam Lamers raised from middle position to 22,000 and it folded to Vincent Ikeh in the big blind. Ikeh had about 60,000 left and he pushed it all towards the middle of the table. Lamers quickly threw in a chip to call.

Vincent Ikeh: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Adam Lamers: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}

The flop fell {9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Lamers had his opponent drawing dead. The {j-Spades} turn and {3-Diamonds} river were dealt as a courtesy.
