Luis Zedan
Luis Zedan

Luis Zedan opened with a raise from middle position to 260,000 and action folded to Ryan Goindoo who three-bet to 930,000, Zedan called.

Zedan check-called the 500,000 bet from Goindoo after a {4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop.

Both players checked the {3-Hearts} on the turn and Zedan made a pot-sized bet of 3,100,000 after the {6-Spades} fell on the turn. After careful consideration, Goindoo mucked his hand and Zedan raked in the pot.

Ryan Goindoo

Luis Zedan opened from middle position with a raise to 265,000, Ryan Goindoo called on the button along with Ryan Robinson from the big blind.

The {10-Spades}{7-Spades}{9-Diamonds} flop was checked around and the dealer burned and turned the {q-Spades}. Robinson checked to Zedan who bet 265,000 and Goindoo three-bet to 625,000. Robinson got out of the way and Zedan called.

The {j-Hearts} was checked by both players and they tabled their hands. Zedan's {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} flopped two-pair but rivered a better two-pair although that was second best to Goindoo's {q-Clubs}{j-Spades}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} who raked in the pot.

Erik Wilcke
Erik Wilcke

Luis Zedan opened on the button with a raise to 280,000 and Erik Wilcke three-bet to 920,000 from the small blind. After careful consideration, Zedan called.

The flop came {3-Hearts}{j-Spades}{5-Clubs} and Wilcke made a pot-sized bet and Zedan instant jammed and was called by Wilcke.

Erik Wilcke: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}
Luis Zedan: {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

Zedan flopped a pair but was behind the two-pair of Wilcke.

Zedan needed some help and got it on with the {j-Hearts} on the turn. Wilcke now needed to hit any ace, three, or five to keep his tournament hopes alive.

The river came the {6-Clubs} which was not one of the cards Wilcke needed and he took home $18,188 for his 9th place finish.

Lin Wins the Battle of the Aces Against Razavi

Niveau 28 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Thida Lin
Thida Lin

Ryan Robinson opened to 200,000 from the cutoff, Sam Razavi called on the button and Thida Lin raised to 880,000 from the big blind. Action folded to Razavi who moved all in and Lin called for her total stack of 2,600,000, players tabled their hands.

Thida Lin: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Sam Razavi: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The flop came down {q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Lin started yelling "Club! Club!" as she awaited her fate. The turn came down a {7-Diamonds} and both players were both playing their aces but Lin picked up some straight outs.

An unfortunate card fell on the river for Razavi when the dealer turned over a {9-Clubs}, completing the flush for Lin. She let out a cheer of excitement as she now reached the five million chip mark after her double through Razavi.
