Haxton Shows Cates the Bad News

Dan Cates raised from the cutoff, and was called by Matt Glantz on the button, as well as Isaac Haxton in the big blind.
Haxton led out on the 
flop, and both Cates and Glantz called. Haxton bet again on the 
turn, and only Cates called this time. Haxton fired a final time on the
