Lie Building

Niveau 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Aylar Lie is off to a strong start, despite losing a small stack to Sasha Liu just now. The two ladies are sat next to each other, with Liu having position. Liu took the pot having made a pair of aces, beating Lie's pair of fours. Liu needed the pot as she is now sat on half the starting stack, whereas Lie has chipped up in the first 45 mins.

Seo Takes From Kolev

Niveau 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

In another blind v blind situation, Seungbeom Seo opened to 500 in the small and was three-bet to 1,300 by Yuliyan Kolev in the big.

The flop landed {j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} and Seo check-called Kolev's 600 continuation. The turn was a {3-Clubs} and he check-called a 2,500 barrel. On the {9-Spades} river, Seo checked once more and Kolev checked it back. Seo tabled {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and it was good for the pot, with Kolev mucking his hand.

Kevin Huang into Six Figures

Niveau 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

It has been a very productive start to the day for Kevin Huang, who has exceeded the 100,000 mark already. He recently won a pot in a hand against Mikhail Semin and Alex Lee.

With the turn card out and the board reading {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}, Huang bet 1,500 into the pot. Lee three-bet to 3,700 and Semin passed. When Huang called, the dealer put a {7-Hearts} on the turn. Huang check-called Lee's 5,500 barrel and Lee immediately sent his cards into the muck. Huang didn't want to show either despite Semin encouraging him to do so "just for fun". There's a lot of friendly chatter coming from Table 17, who seem to be enjoying themselves whether or not they get to see Huang's cards.

The Field Grows

Niveau 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

There are now 700 players in contention so far in Day 1b. Tables are now stretching across Amazon Purple and Orange and may go into Gold too if the numbers continue to grow at this rate.

Bach Finds Help in Three-way All In

Niveau 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

The flop was out and three players were in the hand with {8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{k-Spades} on the board. Andres Garcia and Nikita Luther were in the blinds and they checked to Bach who bet 2,200. Back on Garcia and he raised to 6,500, which Luther flat called. Bach wasn't done betting though, re-raising all in for 33,400. After Garcia called, Luther asked him "what do you have?' before calling as well and the cards were turned over.

David Bach: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Andres Garcia: {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Nikita Luther: {8-Hearts}{3-Clubs}

It top two pair vs bottom two pair vs top pair, top kicker but Bach stormed into the lead when an {a-Clubs} fell on the turn. The {10-Hearts} river bricked for his opponents and Garcia hit the rail, whilst Faber was down to just 800 chips. She got it all in the next hand but couldn't spin it up.
