Flush for Kahyaoglu

In a single-raised pot, the flop was {k-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Botteon checked. Kahyaoglu bet 1,452 and Botteon called. Both players checked the {q-Diamonds} on the turn.

The river was the {a-Diamonds} and Botteon checked. Kahyaoglu bet 12,844 and Botteon called with {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}. Kahyaoglu showed {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a flush to draw the stacks back to nearly even.

Botteon on Top

Brunno Botteon raised to 2,000 and Oktay Kahyaoglu called. On the {9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, Kahyaoglu checked, Botteon bet 2,000, and Kahyaoglu called.

Sergi Reixach Eliminated in Semifinals ($311,150); Fedor Holz Advances

In the previous hand, Fedor Holz won with {8-Spades}{6-Clubs} on an {8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{10-Spades} board against Sergi Reixach's {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. The German had bet 8,400 on the river and got paid to extend his lead.

In the next and final hand between the two, Holz raised to 2,000, Reixach three-bet to 8,800 and Holz called. The flop was {5-Spades}{a-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and Reixach bet 6,000, called by Holz.

The turn brought the {k-Clubs} and Reixach checked after some thought. Holz bet 11,200 and the Spaniard called.

The river was the {k-Hearts} and Reixach checked again. Holz bet 49,040, enough to cover Reixach's remaining stack of a little over 40,000, and after some thought he called it off with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for aces and kings.

Holz, however, had {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for a turned flush and advanced to the final, where he'll take on the winner of Botteon/Kahyaoglu.

Kahyaoglu Slowly Moving Away

While chips are flying between Reixach and Holz, Brunno Botteon and Oktay Kahyaoglu are still keeping most of the pots small. In the biggest hand, Kahyaoglu raised to 1,760 and Botteon called. Kahyaoglu bet 1,962 on an {8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and Botteon called again.

The turn was the {9-Clubs} and Botteon check-called a second bet worth 3,871. Both players checked the {7-Hearts} river and Kahyaoglu won with {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts} against Botteon's {a-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}

Holz Outflops the Blades; Four-Flush Shuts it Down

Fedor Holz raised to 2,000, Sergi Reixach made it 9,600 and Holz called. The flop was {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Reixach checked. Holz bet 7,200 and Reixach called.

On the {4-Spades} turn, Reixach checked and Holz opted for a strong bet of 22,400 which got called again.

The {3-Diamonds} on the river brought a fourth diamond and both players snap-checked. Reixach showed {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} for aces but Holz had {5-Hearts}{5-Spades} for a set to win the hand.

Reixach Extends Again

In a three-bet pot where Fedor Holz made it 7,400 preflop, the flop came down {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Holz bet 4,440 which Reixach called.

The {8-Hearts} on the turn paired the middle card and Holz checked. Reixach bet 8,000 and Holz folded.

In the second level of the day, the first all-in shove was there between Sergi Reixach and Fedor Holz. It was Reixach who had raised to 1,500 with Holz defending before the {2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} flop fell. Holz checked, Reixach bet 4,500, Holz check-raised to 11,700 and Reixach called.

The turn was the {q-Clubs} and Holz bet 18,000 after some thought. Reixach called in position.

The river brought the {9-Diamonds} and Holz shoved all in for 35,450. Reixach went deep in the tank, taking over a minute off his timebank, before folding his hand.
