Mike Shin

Mike "Mkspresident" Shin opend for 14,990 from the cutoff before calling off his 43,041 stack after Daniel "DNegs" Negreanu three-bet to 49,970 from the small blind.

Mike "Mkspresident" Shin: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}
Daniel "DNegs" Negreanu: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

Shin was behind and nothing changed after the {10-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop.

However, another duck appeared on the turn {2-Hearts} giving Shin trips and the {9-Diamonds} river secured his double-up.

Bibat Bubbles the Bubble; Berkowitz Bubbles

Niveau 17 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Connor Berkowitz
Connor Berkowitz

"thehofffx" opened for 9,000 and Tanner "bamatide88" Bibat defended his big blind to see a {9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} flop.

Bibat check-jammed for 42,272 after "thehofffx" continued for 20,000 and was called.

"thehofffx": {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Tanner "bamatide88" Bibat: {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{2-Spades}

The {j-Clubs} came on the turn giving "thehofffx" the staright and Bibat needed any king or jack to stay alive.

Unfortunately for Bibat, the {10-Spades} completed the board on the river ending his tournament in 128th place and Connor "NYR9414" Berkowitz was eliminated shortly after leaving the remaining players in the money.

Niveau 16 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Millard "meekmill" Hale opened for 8,625 on the button and "redcarpet" three-bet jammed for 11,677 from the small blind.

Action was on Anthony "heheh" Zinno who gave "redcarpet" isolation after he four-bet to 43,654 from the big blind.

Anthony "heheh" Zinno"{a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{5-Spades}

Zinno was ahead and nothing changed after the {8-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop.

The {4-Spades} turn gave Zinno the wheel leaving "redcarpet" drawing to a chop at best but the {q-Diamonds} completed the board on the river eliminating "redcarpet" from the tournament and beginning the hand-for-hand process with 128 players remaining.

Bob Mather
Bob Mather

The short-stacked Bob "bobeads" Mather raised all in for 2,588 from the button and Chance "BingShui" Kornuth called the additional 88 chips out of the big blind.

Chance "BingShui" Kornuth: {q-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}
Bob "bobeads" Mather: {2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}

The {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} flop gave both players a pair of kings, but Kornuth held the better kicker. The {6-Diamonds} turn put out a low draw, but the {j-Spades} paired the board on the river to send the pot over to Kornuth.

Shannon "aulophobia" Shorr Ready for a Magical WSOP Melody

Niveau 3 : 100/200, 0 ante
Shannon Shorr
Shannon Shorr

According to Google, aulophobia is the fear of flutes. Whether it is the look of the flute, the sound it makes when being played, or the clicking sound from the buttons.

What does that have to do with poker? Well it happens to be the WSOP.com online screenname of poker pro Shannon Shorr, who is playing today’s tournament

With 95 WSOP-related cashes totaling $2,433,880 in earnings, Shorr, who in 2014 summitted Mount Kilimanjaro, is often on the shortlist of “Best Players Without a Bracelet.”

The Alabama native, who sits atop that state’s all-time money list with more than $8 million in earnings, has come close in the past having finished runner-up twice, a pair of third-place finishes, and four fifth-place finishes.

Last month, Shorr had some success on WSOP.com when he finished runner-up in the WSOP.com Season Finale Online Circuit Monster Stack for $26,899.

It seems to be only a matter of time before Shorr, who shared with PokerNews this photo of him at his grind station, finally finds WSOP gold, and it could very well happen tonight.

Remember Shannon, life is like a flute – it may have many holes and emptiness, but if you work on it carefully, it can make magical melodies.

The First PLO8 Six-Max Event of the 2020 Online World Series of Poker Starts at 3 p.m. PDT

The 2020 Online World Series of Poker has been running for almost one full week and it continues today with the first non-hold'em tournament on the schedule as Event #6: 600 PLO8 Six-Max kicks-off at 3:00 p.m. PDT.

The first non-hold'em event features 20-minute blind levels and the $600 buy-in gives players 15,000 chips to play with.

The tournament allows players to re-enter three times with each re-entry lasting only 30 seconds, so players will need to make sure they have enough funds in their WSOP.com account before the tournament starts if they plan on re-entering.

Late registration and the re-entry option will be open for the first 3 hours and 45 minutes of play. Tournament tickets are not usable for re-entry.

This is a single day event meaning the entire tournament will be played out online and the winner will take home a WSOP Gold Bracelet.

ALL OMAHA EVENTS MUST BE PLAYED ON A LAPTOP OR COMPUTER, USING A MOBILE PHONE OR IPAD WILL NOT WORK.

This is the sixth of 85 bracelet events being held on WSOP.com (31 events – one each day for the month of July) and GG Poker ( holding the remaining 54 events).

The former client will cater to players in Nevada and New Jersey (players in Delaware are NOT able to participate), while the latter will serve the international base.

How To Play

The first step in getting set up to play on WSOP.com is to download the client. You can do so for both mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop (Windows 7 or higher and Mac OS X 10.6.8).

To get the correct version of the client, use the links below:

WSOP.com Bracelet Event Schedule

As previously mentioned, the online bracelet schedule for the Summer Online WSOP is comprised of 31 events running daily throughout July. THEY ARE ALL ONE-DAY EVENTS.

The scheduled WSOP.com events are available in hold'em and Omaha formats. Popular live staples like the BIG 50, MonsterStack and Senior's Event have been moved online.

The marquee tournament is $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em Championship, which takes place on Friday, July 31. All events will kick off at 3 p.m. PDT.

Satellites are running now for as little $1.
