Event #13: $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship
Jour 1 a débuté
The third championship event of the 2021 GGPoker WSOP Online Bracelet Events awaits and four-card aficionados from all over the world will aim to showcase their skills in Event #13: $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship. More than 40 players are registered an hour prior to the start at 5 pm UTC and many more will follow in the hours thereafter as another WSOP gold bracelet is up for grabs.
All participants receive 50,000 in chips, which is good enough for 250 big blinds in the first level of the day at 100-200 with a running ante of 25. Unlike most Pot-Limit Omaha tournaments on the live poker circuit, an ante will be charged every hand for the entire duration of this event. Throughout Day 1, all levels in this six-handed tournament will last 15 minutes each.
The late registration is open for four hours and 5 minutes until 9.05 pm UTC. Up to two re-entries can be purchased during this period and the prize pool information will be made available shortly thereafter.
Among the notables registered early on are the GGPoker ambassadors Daniel Negreanu and Felipe Ramos, the GG OmahaSquad members Michael "Minthon" Iakovlev and Fernando "JNandez87" Habegger, Arthur Conan, Stoyan Madanzhiev, Richard Gryko, Ben Wilinofsky, Juha Helppi, Ami Barer, Stuart Rutter and Hun Wei Lee to name all but a few.
Day 1 is set to conclude upon completion of level 32 or when seven players remain, whichever of the two comes first. The PokerNews live reporting team will provide conclusive updates from start to finish. You can also follow the updates of Event #11: $10,000 Super MILLION$ High Roller as well, which will determine a winner tonight.
Niveau: 1
Blinds: 100/200
Ante: 25
Some 56 players are registered and the cards are in the air for this Championship Event. A first list of notables will be published shortly.
