At the start of the day 2 finals, it was six time WSOP bracelet winner Daniel Negreanu who held the chip lead. He would ride that big stack all the way to a 23rd place finish, earning over $8,900 for his finish. Other notables who finished in the top 100 included Mikhail Semin (93rd), Anton Morgenstern (76th), Nick Maimone (59th), Toby Lewis (45th), and recent WSOP bracelet winner Renan Bruschi (25th).

When the final table started, it was eventual runner up Yuri "sjeverest" Suvorov who held the chip lead, while Livshitz was actually one of the shorter stacks. However, Livshitz quickly went to work, knocking out short stack Shihhui Wang in seventh place.

Livshitz would then score a nice double up, before keeping the knockouts rolling. First, he would flop a straight to best the aces in the hole held by Lasse Enojarvi. Not long after that, he would eliminate one of the most accomplished players at the final table, Niklas Astedt, in fifth place.

Idris Ambraisse would be the next player to hit the exit, and his knockout was courtesy of Suvorov. From there, three handed play would last quite a while, with all three players getting close in chips before Livshitz pulled ahead once again.

Livshitz would score the knockout blow of Shengchao Zhu, when his aces held up against the flush draw and full house outs of Zhu, and that would get play to heads up, which would only last a few minutes. In the end, it was aces again that would do the trick for Livshitz, earning him his first ever WSOP bracelet.

Congratulations again to Gaby Livshitz, who earned a total of $152,165, and his first ever WSOP gold bracelet. Don't forget that the bracelet events aren't close to stopping yet, and you can view the remaining schedule in the table below. Good night everyone!
