Chang Coolers Handrich in Monster Pot

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Danny Chang and Jordan Handrich were involved in a multi-way pot that ended with Handrich heading to the rail in a massive cooler.

The board read {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{k-Spades} when Handrich bet 35,000, which only Chang called.

She bet again on the {9-Diamonds} turn before Chang raised all in and she snap-called.

Handrich flipped over {7-Spades}{6-Spades} for a flopped flush but got the bad news when Chang showed {q-Spades}{2-Spades} for a higher flush.

Chang is now in contention for the chip lead with 678,000.

Turn Ace Keeps Desai Alive

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Akash Desai was at risk against the big stack of Daniel Kim.

Kim had the lead as he held {10-}{10-} while Desai needed an ace or king with {a-}{k-}.

The flop came {6-}{7-}{j-}. But the turn was a {k-} and Desai was suddenly in a good spot. The river was a {4-} to confirm the double up for Desai and deny Kim the chance to move close to a million in chips.

Smith Carves From Wang

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Jason Smith was seen collecting a large pot away from Wenrong Wang.

It appeared that it was a classic flip with Smith's {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} having overcome the {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} of Wang as the board displayed a king on the flop with the {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} runout. The dealer counted out the stacks and sent the substantial pot over to Smith who was now one of the larger stacks.

Wang Calls and Busts Morris

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Action was on the flop with it reading the {k-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Spades}. Kyle Morris moved all in for a large amount for a significant part of Wenrong Wang's stack.

Wang thought for a while before eventually calling. He was ahead with the {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}, while Morris had the {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

The turn was the {8-Hearts} and the river came the {6-Clubs} to hold for Wang as his table-mates gave him plaudits for a nice call.
