Garg Sends Opponent to Rail With Aces

Niveau 26 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

"I don't think I can fold this hand my friend" said Lokesh Garg as he looked at the board of {3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. His opponent had made a fairly large shove on the flop and the big decision was on Garg.

After a few more moments Garg called and turned over the {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}. He saw the good news as his opponent had the {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}.

Garg was excited as he was in great position for a big pot. The turn came the {10-Spades} and the river the {7-Hearts} to confirm the pot for Garg who let out a "yes" and a fist bump as he became one of the larger stacks in the room.

Meltzer Wins a Six Million Chip Pot

Niveau 26 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Jordan Meltzer just won a pot worth more than 6,000,000 and was kind enough to relay the details.

Haim Or Krief opened to 240,000 from middle position and Meltzer made the call from the button. Both players checked the {a-}{q-}{10-} flop that included two spades.

Krief bet 410,000 on the {7-Spades} turn and Meltzer made the call.

Krief bet again, this time for 550,000, on the {j-Clubs} river. According to his tablemates, Meltzer tanked for several minutes before moving all in for 2,185,000. Krief snap-called with {k-}{10-} for a rivered straight but received the bad news when Meltzer showed {a-Spades}{4-Spades} for the nut flush.

Krief busted shortly afterward.

Action was on the flop with the board reading {2-Spades}{5-Clubs}{6-Clubs} with a pot that was already about 550,000.

David Sathue bet 500,000. Anthony Banuelos pushed his full rack of small chips forward for a min raise to 1,000,000. Sathue thought for a few moments before pitching his cards and Banuelos gathered more chips to continue his upward momentum.

Cerilli Makes Hero Call With Tournament Life on the Line

Niveau 27 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Action was picked up on the river with the board displaying {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts}.

The pot was about 1,300,000 and Mark Cerilli was facing a big decision for his tournament life as his opponent had moved all in to put the pressure on.

Cerilli thought for a long time and gestured multiple times with his hands to the air to indicate indecisiveness. Eventually he decided to call and rolled over the {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for second pair. It was a good call as his opponent had the {k-Spades}{10-Spades} for air and was left with only a few chips as Cerilli raked in the huge pot.

Delgadillo Regrets His Fold

Niveau 27 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Jesus Delgadillo had a bet of 1,000,000 in front of him on a flop of {k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, and was faced with an all-in raise for his remaining 3,500,000 from Bill Tilden.

"Will you show me if I fold," Delgadillo asked Tilden.

"Sorry guys," he said to the table as he pondered his decision for several minutes.

Delgadillo eventually folded his cards and shot up from his seat in frustration when Tilden showed him {a-}{k-}.

Tilden moved up to 8,200,000 with that pot.
