Papineau Showers Opponent

Niveau 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

The board read {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{9-Spades} by the turn and his opponent shipped his stack and was called by Mathieu Papineau.

Papineau had the larger stack and the better hand with the {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for trip aces while his opponent had the {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for the flush draw.

The river came the {4-Diamonds} and Papineau collected the rest of his opponent's chips.

Moore Survives All-In Versus Davis

Niveau 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Kevin Moore pushed his remaining 180,000 chips into the middle from early position with {a-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and was called by Kevin Davis on the button who held {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}. The all-in and at-risk player was Moore and he needed some help.

The dealer spread the flop of {q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Moore took the lead and did not look back.

The {10-Spades} turn and {q-Clubs} river changed nothing and Moore survived his all-in and chipped up to 450,000 with that pot.

Sanders Hits Quad Kings

Niveau 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

In a hand re-told to PokerNews, Jonathan Sanders got all of his chips in the middle versus his opponent.

Jonathan Sanders: {a-}{k-}
Opponent: {q-}{q-}

The pocket queens were ahead on the turn with the board reading {k-}{k-}{6-}{q-} which had Sanders in big trouble. The river came the last {k-} and Sanders won the huge pot in dramatic fashion.

Elsewhere Frank Lin has chipped up substantially since the start of the day.
