Dustin Dirksen opened to 13,000 from the hijack and was called by Dan Shak in the small blind and Cary Katz in the big.

Shak stood pat and both Katz and Dirksen drew one.

Shak checked to Katz, who bet 14,000. Dirksen folded but Shak called and Katz tabled {10-}{7-}{4-}{3-}{2-}. It was no good, however, against the {9-}{8-}{7-}{4-}{2-} of Shak, who scooped the pot.

Zinno Stands Pat

Niveau 13 : 2,500/5,000, 7,500 ante

Matt Vengrin raied to 15,000 from under the gun and Anthony Zinno three-bet to 50,000 from middle position. Benny Glaser called from the cutoff and Vengrin folded.

Zinno stood pat and Glaser took one card.

Both players checked the draw and Zinno turned over {9-}{8-}{6-}{5-}{2-}. Glaser sent the losing hand into the muck.

Glaser Calls Faris

Benny Glaser raised to 14,000 from the button. Shawn Sheikhan called from the small blind and Joshua Faris came along from the big blind.

Glaser and Sheikhan took two cards and Faris took one.

Sheikhan checked the draw and Faris bet 35,000. Glaser called and Sheikhan got out of the way.

Faris turned over {10-}{10-}{x-}{x-}{x-} and Glaser had {k-}{9-}{7-}{4-}{3-} to win the pot with a king-low.

Rast Stays Aggressive

In the first of back-to-back pots for Brian Rast, Shaun Deeb raised to 11,000 from middle position. Dan Shak called from the button and Rast shoved for 102,000 from the big blind.

Deeb folded and Shak went into the tank for some time before tossing it away.

Up next, Deeb raised from under the gun for 11,000.

Rast three-bet to 40,000. Deeb got away from it and Rast chipped up over two hands without seeing a draw.

Shawn Sheikhan opened to 15,000 from the cutoff and was called by Joshua Faris on the button. Nick Schulman then shoved for his last 125,000 from the small blind. Sheikhan folded immediately and Faris followed suit after a bit of thought — awarding the the pot to Schulman.
