"Miami John" Caught Bluffing

Niveau 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

"Miami" John Cernuto was in the small blind and bet 8,500 on a board of {2-Clubs}{10-Spades}{j-Spades}{4-Clubs}. Scot Robinson called to see the {a-Hearts} fall on the river.

Cernuto slowed down with a check and Robinson checked behind. Robinson slowly turned over {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} thinking he was beat, but Cernuto could only pat the table and say "You're good" as he mucked.

Niveau 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Andrew Finlay raised to 6,000 on the button and Cliff Josephy in the big blind defended.

The river came an {8-Hearts} and Josephy checked once more, to which Finlay bet 15,000 sending Josephy into the tank. After about 20 seconds he folded and Finlay showed a {q-Clubs}

Lopes Shows He Had It

Niveau 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Judith Bielan raised to 6,000 from middle position and French rapper Bruno Lopes called from the cutoff. Bielan continued for 8,000 on the {4-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{10-Clubs} flop, and for 14,000 on the {a-Diamonds} turn.

Lopes called both bets to see the {7-Diamonds} on the river. Bielan checked over to Lopes, who but out a bet of 25,000.

"Ace-ten, six-seven," Bielan asked Lopes. "You're being very tough on me today."

Bielan cut out the chips for the call but eventually folded. Lopes showed {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} for a pair of aces, and Bielan said she folded two queens.

Icke Cracks Kings

Niveau 13 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action picked up with cards on their back with Joaquin Sosa all-in and at risk.

Joaquin Sosa: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
David Icke: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

The flop of {9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} gave Icke a flush draw but kept Sosa ahead. The turn came an {a-Clubs}, giving Icke a pair of aces and with one of the other players saying he folded the remaining king in the deck, Sosa was dead before the {8-Hearts} river. The pot was pushed to Icke as he brought he stack up to over 200,000.

Vasyl Zabrodskyy: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

Slaughter Climbing Higher

Niveau 13 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

David Slaughter limped in from under the gun and went multi-way to a flop of {k-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. Everyone checked before Slaughter bet 9,000 on the {7-Diamonds} turn.

Action checked around to Bob Slezak in the big blind, who considered the decision for several minutes before moving all in for a few thousand more. Slaughter snap-called with {j-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for a pair of sevens, while Slezak was dominated with {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}.

The {2-Clubs} on the river gave both players two pair with a king kicker, chopping the pot between them.

Despite only taking half of that pot, Slaughter has climbed up over 500,000 early on Day 2.
