When the tournament started there was table talk going on in the Brasilia room on whether the legendary Doyle Brunson was going to play the Super Senior's event or not.
To everyone's surprise, the eighty-eight-year-old Doyle Brunson arrived at his table around level 6 of the tournament. Players from all over the room came over to snag a picture and there was a noticeable buzz in the room.
The action picked up when Brunson shoved all-in preflop from the middle position for around 6,000 and Jana Vondach called in the small blind, covering him.
The hole cards were flipped over and Brunson said, "Well, you have enough to take me out".

Legendary ten-time WSOP bracelet winner Doyle Brunson made his unexpected return to the Super Seniors today, his first WSOP tournament in three years. He walked into the Brasilia room and several players took out their phones for pictures, clearly excited to see the Poker Hall of Famer in action.
In his first hand back, he raised to 1,600 and the player in the cutoff made the call. The big blind then re-raised all-in.
Brunson laughed, looked at his hand, and mucked. The cutoff did the same and then the big blind showed the , which elicited a smile from Brunson.
