Massive Pot Between Berman and Seiver Right Away

In the first hand of NLHE, Bradley Berman raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Scott Seiver three-bet to 8,000 from one seat over. Berman then four-bet to 27,500 and Seiver called after some consideration. The flop fell 
and Berman check-called a bet worth 40,000 to then check the 
on the turn.
Seiver now bet 75,000 and Berman reluctantly called. What followed was the 
river on which Berman checked the third street in a row. Seiver moved all-in with the slightly covering stack and Berman mulled over his decision for a while before electing to fold.
