Barbero Busts Short of the Money

Niveau 18 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Nacho Barbero moved all in for 129,000 before the flop and was up against Ryan Robinson.

Nacho Barbero: {a-Spades}{8-Spades}
Ryan Robinson: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

"I like my odds," Barbero said even though he was dominated. The {6-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{10-Hearts} gave him a pair of aces, but Robinson won the pot with his king-kicker to knock out Barbero a few spots out of the money.

No Limit Hold'em

On a three-way raised pot, the flop showed {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts} when John Esposito checked in the blinds and so did Stefan Schillhabel. Mike Watson, on the button, bet 20,000 and Esposito tanked for some time before tossing a pile of 5,000-chips in front of him.

Somerville Takes Out Vieira

Niveau 17 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

In the first hand back from break, Joao Vieira shoved for his last 70,000 from under the gun and Jason Somerville called from the small blind.

"Good luck guys," Vieira said, pretending to walk away from the table before even showing his hand. He had {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} against the {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} for Somerville.

Vieira picked up a flush draw on the turn but missed the river on a board of {3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, hitting the rail just short of the money.
