Peretz Takes From Valerstein

Niveau 18 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Picking up the action on the {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} turn, Yaniv Peretz checked out of the small blind and then faced a bet worth 72,000 by Roman Valerstein. The call by Peretz followed and he checked again the {q-Diamonds} on the river. This time, Valerstein checked back and Peretz tabled the {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} for a pair of eights.

That was good enough to claim the pot as Valerstein sent his cards into the muck. Pavlo Veksler is the biggest stack on the table, which also features Dutch presenter Alberto Stegeman and John Gonzalez as well.
