The flop came {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}. The action checked to Taylor and he continued for 4,000. He received a call from his opponent.

The action checked through the {5-Hearts} turn.

Taylor's opponent led the {2-Hearts} river with a bet of 7,500. Taylor quickly called.

Opponent: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Michael Taylor: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}

Mutter Eliminates One

Niveau 4 : 300/500, 500 ante

Brent Mutter had just lost an all-in pot against a shorter-stacked opponent when his {a-}{j-} couldn't hold against his opponent's {j-}{10-}.

That same opponent raised to 1,300 preflop shortly after. Mutter three-bet to 3,100 and action folded back around to the opponent, who went all in for 20,000. Mutter snap-called.

Opponent: {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Mutter: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}

The board ran out {q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Mutter's aces and eights were good enough to take the pot and eliminate his opponent.
