Koh and Failla Chop Up in Three-Way Action

Niveau 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

The cards of the third player in the hand were already in the muck as the main pot between Will Failla and Norbert Koh was chopped. However, Koh with the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} claimed the side pot as he knocked out an opponent with a superior full house on the {k-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} board. Failla had the equally strong {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} and the third player in the hand ran out of chips with pocket jacks in a hand that took place just before the break.

Quads Vs. Quads Sends Liu Home Approaching Bubble

Niveau 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

(Hand took place 30 minutes ago and we are reporting as it appears on the PokerGO livestream)

Vito Distefano opened to 11,500 with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and Omer Gabay flatted with {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}, as did William Benson with {a-Spades}{10-Spades}, Ugur Ozgur Secilmis with {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and Chang Liu with {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}.

The five-player flop came out {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, giving Liu quads and Secilmis a brutal cooler. Everybody checked the flop and then Secilmis hit the absolute dream card on the turn: {6-Clubs}. Once again, they all checked it and saw the {5-Spades} on the river.

Secilmis then bet out 55,000 and then Liu raised to 225,000. Everyone else folded back to Secilmis, who put his opponent all-in for a total of approximately 390,000. Liu, holding quads, snap-called and then found out the bad news that he was exiting the 2021 WSOP Main Event in one of the most cruel ways imaginable.

Herman's Ace is Good

Niveau 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Kenny Nguyen opened to 14,000 from middle position and was called by Benjamin Herman in the big blind.

Herman check-called a 12,000 bet from Nguyen on the {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop and a 36,000 bet from Nguyen on the {8-Clubs} turn.

Both players checked on the {j-Diamonds} river.

"Your ace is good," Nguyen said.

Herman tabled {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Nguyen mucked without showing.

Lehr Sends One to the Rail

Niveau 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

The action folded to the cutoff who jammed all in for his last 88,000 chips. Keith Lehr was in the big blind and confirmed the count before flicking in the call.

Opponent: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}
Keith Lehr: {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}

It turned out to be a coin flip and the flop came {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. Neither player held a diamond in their hand which meant Lehr needed to hit one of his two overcards. The {5-Clubs} on the turn paired the board but it was the {a-Clubs} on the river that sent the pot and some more chips towards Lehr.
