Koh and Failla Chop Up in Three-Way Action

The cards of the third player in the hand were already in the muck as the main pot between Will Failla and Norbert Koh was chopped. However, Koh with the claimed the side pot as he knocked out an opponent with a superior full house on the board. Failla had the equally strong and the third player in the hand ran out of chips with pocket jacks in a hand that took place just before the break.

Quads Vs. Quads Sends Liu Home Approaching Bubble

The five-player flop came out , giving Liu quads and Secilmis a brutal cooler. Everybody checked the flop and then Secilmis hit the absolute dream card on the turn: . Once again, they all checked it and saw the on the river.

Secilmis then bet out 55,000 and then Liu raised to 225,000. Everyone else folded back to Secilmis, who put his opponent all-in for a total of approximately 390,000. Liu, holding quads, snap-called and then found out the bad news that he was exiting the 2021 WSOP Main Event in one of the most cruel ways imaginable.
