Masters Calls Petrangelo River Bet

Niveau 16 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

With 60,000 in the pot and {k-Spades}{a-Hearts}{3-Spades} on the board, Carl Masters checked from early position. Nick Petrangelo and Melissa Bryne checked behind and the turn was {6-Spades}.

All three players checked again and the river was {q-Clubs}. Masters checked and Petrangelo fired 45,000 at the river. Bryne folded and Masters called.

Masters turned over {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for a set of threes to take the pot while Petrangelo sent the losing hand into the muck.

Masters is on a big run after being down to just three yellow T-1000 chips earlier in the tournament.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Ortega check-called for 32,000.

Ramdin Doubles With a Twist

Niveau 16 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Victor Ramdin
Victor Ramdin

Following an initial raise and button cold-call by Arkadi Onikoul, it was Victor Ramdin who squeezed from the big blind. The initial raiser went over the top and Onikoul folded while Ramdin got his stack of 379,000 in preflop.

The initial raiser tabled the {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} while Ramdin was way ahead with the {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}. That changed on the {j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop but Ramdin regained the lead on the {q-Hearts} turn, then remained ahead on the {7-Hearts} river to secure the double up.
