Amarapu and Field Chop It Up

Niveau 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Joshua Field raised to 320,000 from an early position and was called by Vasu Amarapu in the cutoff. They checked the {9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop and Field bet the {3-Diamonds} turn for 300,000, which Amarapu called. On the {9-Diamonds} river, Field bet 1,125,000 and Amarapu called to chop it up with {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, as Field has the {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for the equally strong wheel.

Dumont Wins a Flip vs Roder

Niveau 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Tonio Roder opened to 335,000 in the hijack and was called by Philipe Pizzari Pinto in the cutoff. Nicolas Dumont ripped all in for 3,370,000 on the button and Roder called. Pinto got out of the way and the cards were on their backs.

Nicolas Dumont: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Tonio Roder: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}

The flop came {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Dumont took a commanding lead with his pair of queens. The {2-Spades} on the turn and the {4-Hearts} on the river changed nothing as Dumont scored a double up.

Dobric Triples Up

Niveau 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Matija Dobric
Matija Dobric

Joshua Remitio raised to 325,000 and was called by Ruslan Dykshteyn in the small blind. Matija Dobric called all-in blind for fewer than that out of the big blind as he already had the big blind ante invested.

The two active players checked down the {4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} board and Dykshteyn tabled the {a-Spades}{7-Clubs} while Remitio revealed the {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}. Dobic first revealed the {k-Diamonds} and then sweated his second card. It was the {4-Diamonds} and that ensured the triple up.

Adam Walton
Adam Walton

Adam Walton opened from early position and Joshua Field defended in the big blind.

Field checked on the {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{8-Diamonds} flop and Walton bet 300,000. Field called, and check-called again on the {9-Clubs} turn and when Walton bet 375,000.

Field checked for a third time on the {10-Hearts} river and called when Walton fired a third barrel of 550,000. Walton tabled {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for two pair and Field mucked his hand.

Another Scalp for Vayssieres; Amiri Out

Niveau 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Ehsan Amiri
Ehsan Amiri

It's been a dream day for Nicolas Vayssieres on Day 6 of the Main Event as the French player took down another one to take the field down to 58. Nicolas Dumont came in with a raise to 325,000 and received calls from Matthew Schulte and Ehsan Amiri to his left.

From the small blind, Nicolas Vayssieres three-bet to 1,230,000, Dumont folded, and Schulte folded. Amiri decided to go for it and put his stack of around 1,800,000 in the middle. Vayssieres called.

Ehsan Amiri: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Nicolas Vayssieres: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

The camera's swooped in to capture the biggest race of Amiri's poker career. Unfortunately for him, the flip landed Vayssieres's way after the board ran out {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades}{a-Spades}.

Coleman Done by the River

Niveau 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
David Coleman
David Coleman

David Coleman raised to 1,580,000 from under the gun and kept exactly one T-5,000 chip behind. Mikiya Kudo asked for a count from two seats over and called, all other players folded.

On the {6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, Coleman check-called all-in and the cards were revealed.

David Coleman: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Mikiya Kudo: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The {4-Hearts} turn was a blank but the {q-Diamonds} river improved Kudo to a pair of queens and sent Coleman to the rail. He vaulted out of his chair with a swear word before heading to the payout desk shortly thereafter.
