Day 2 of Event #19: $25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller continues at the 2022 World Series of Poker and sports-cards enthusiast Jared Bleznick holds the chip lead heading into the day with a stack 601,500. Sean Winter (578,000) and Ben Lamb (540,500) are also returning to the felt with top-ten stacks and will be looking to continue their run.
Multiple-bracelet winners Brian Rast (395,500), Phil Ivey (360,500), Chance Kornuth (333,000), and Anthony Zinno (319,000) are among those who will return with more than twice the starting stack of 150,000 chips, and are looking to secure another piece of gold jewelry.
When action resumes at 2 p.m. local time, there will be 124 players coming back who bagged in the first day out of 196 entries so far. They will surely be joined by others looking for four-card high roller action, as late registration remains open until the end of Level 12 at approximately 4:15 p.m.

Day 2 begins at 2 p.m. in the Paris purple section. Play will resume on Level 11 with blinds at 1,500/3,000 with a 3,000 big blind ante. As with the first day, players will play ten 60-minute levels on Day 2, with a 15-minute break every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 16 around 8:30 p.m.

Heads up to the flop, Conrad De Armas check-called a bet worth 7,000 by Philip Marsico in a battle of big blind versus button.
The followed on the turn and De Armas checked again. Marsico bet 17,000, only for De Armas to raise the pot. Marsico then pushed for 202,000 and De Armas called after getting an exact count.

This summer, Golden Nugget Las Vegas will play host to the 14th Annual Grand Poker Series, which features 81 events and offers over $3 million in guaranteed prize money from May 31-July 3. One of those events is the $1,100 buy-in, $1,000,000 Guaranteed PokerNews Cup that will run from June 24-28.
The tournament will feature three starting flights beginning with Day 1a at 11 a.m. PT on Friday, June 24. Days 1b and 1c will take place at the same time on Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26 respectively. The surviving players from each flight will return at Noon on Monday, June 27 to play down to the final table, which will play out at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28.

On a completed board of , Chance Kornuth was spotted with a bet worth 76,500 but he then got out of the way when Krasimir Yankov raised it up to 177,000. That hand cost Kornuth more than a quarter of his stack and Yankov pulled ahead on the leaderboard.
