Hecklen Turns the Best Hand

Niveau 17 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Henrik Hecklen raised to 250,000 in early position and Sam Soverel called from the big blind. The flop came {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Soverel led out with a bet of 220,000. Hecklen called and the {a-Hearts} landed on the turn.

Soverel checked this time and Hecklen opted to see the {q-Clubs} on the river for free. Soverel checked once more as he leaned back in his chair and Hecklen quickly checked it back. Soverel showed the {5-Spades} but Hecklen turned a better two pair with {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.

Mateos Pays Off Kabrhel

Niveau 17 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Adrian Mateos raised to 240,000 from under the gun and Martin Kabrhel defended his big blind.

The flop {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Spades} saw Kabrhel check-call 170,000 and the pair checked the {4-Spades} turn.

The river was the {8-Diamonds}. Kabrhel bet 300,000 and was quickly called by Mateos. Kabrhel showed {q-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for two pair, tens and eights, and won the pot after Mateos mucked.

Foxen Finally Gets Some Chips from Zack

Niveau 17 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

The action folded to Alex Foxen in the small blind who just limped in. Dan Zack checked his option and the dealer fanned the flop of {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

Foxen led out with a bet of 120,000 and Zack called to see the {2-Hearts} on the turn. Foxen checked this time and Zack checked it back.

The {2-Clubs} paired the board on the river and Foxen put together a bet of 720,000. Zack used one of his time banks but decided to make the call. Foxen turned over {9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for trip deuces and Zack conceded.

Steven bet 440,000 and Ponakovs called. The river {q-Diamonds} completed the board and Ponakovs checked again. Steven bet 2,100,000 and Ponakovs flicked out a single chip to call.

Steven tabled {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for a turned set and took down the pot.

Davies Can't Get a Bluff Through

Niveau 17 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Nick Petrangelo raised it up from the hijack and Seth Davies called from the big blind. The flop came {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and Davies check-called a bet of 130,000 from Petrangelo.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and both players checked to the {7-Clubs} on the river. Davies thought for a minute before throwing in a bet of 260,000. Petrangelo also gave it some thought before calling. Davies showed {4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a missed flush draw while the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds} of Petrangelo was good for king-high.
