Burkholder held the nut flush draw along with a nine-eight low. The turn and river saw Gregg river a nine-high straight, as well as making a better low and he tapped the table as Burkholder was sent to the rail.
A total of 112 entries generated a prize pool of $5,362,000 and the top 17 finishers will be awarded a payday of at least $83,738. The winner can look forward to the WSOP gold bracelet and a top prize of $1,449,103.
