Seven Card Stud

Ap Garza: {x-}{x-} / {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}
Adam Friedman: {x-}{x-} / {4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{k-Spades}folded on fifth street

Ap Garza bet on fourth street and Adam Friedman called. After Garza paired his five and bet on fifth street, Friedman exposed a {4-} and mucked. Garza showed buried {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and took down the pot.

Omaha Hi-Lo

"I don't think I'm going to be bluffing anyone," said Friedman on the next hand with 40,000 in the middle and 50,000 behind. John Racener raised and Scott Bohlman called in the big blind. Friedman called in the big blind and then got his last 10,000 chips in on the {a-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop.

Racener and Bohlman both called and the two players checked down the {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades} board.

John Racener: {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} - Two pair (aces and sevens); No low
Scott Bohlman: {9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} - Pair of deuces; Seven-four low
Adam Friedman: {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds} - Two pair (aces and deuces); seven-six low

"Two pair and a low, huh?" said Friedman before getting to his feet after being eliminated.

Ashton Blasts Becker Off His Pat Hand

Niveau 16 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

In what started as an innocent enough hand with Johannes Becker min raising from the small blind and getting a call from Matthew Ashton in the big blind, things then got very interesting, showing the nuance and wild possibilities of No-Limit Single Draw.

Becker patted his hand and Ashton drew three cards.

After Becker checked, likely hoping for a bluff attempt from Ashton, he got a bet from Ashton all right, for 225,000. Over two times the size of the pot.

Becker pondered his decision for a bit, then elected to fold to the large bet, sending his pat hand into the muck, while the three-card draw of Ashton raked in the chips.

Aldemir Gets Garza to Fold

Niveau 16 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Razz

Ap Garza: {5-}{x-} / {a-}{k-}{a-}{3-} folded on sixth
Koray Aldemir: {x-}{x-} / {7-}{9-}{5-}{5-}

Koray Aldemir bet his lead on fifth street and Ap Garza called. Aldemir then paired on sixth and Garza bet only for Aldemir to raise. After short consideration, Garza folded and exposed the {5-} before asking Aldemir if he would have called with that to see the final card.

"It doesn't matter to me, I already had a made nine," the answer by Aldemir followed.

Andrew Kelsall

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

With two drawing rounds already completed, Andrew Kelsall bet off a small stack and Dan Cates raised. Kelsall then moved all-in for 170,000 total and Cates called the additional 10,000.

The dealer was about to proceed further but Kelsall reminded him it was his turn and he had not made a decision yet for the draw. Kelsall took one while Cates patted and they flipped over the cards.

Andrew Kelsall: {7-}{6-}{3-}{2-} / {x-}
Dan Cates: {9-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-}

The final card for Kelsall was the {q-} and he was sent to the rail.

Kihara Rebuilds in Single Draw

Niveau 16 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Naoya Kihara has been battling a short stack as dinner approaches, but a pair of hands have chipped him up.

First, after Benny Glaser raised to 55,000 from the hijack, Kihara jammed for 580,000 from the small blind. Glaser folded and Kihara took the pot.

Shortly after that, it was Dan Smith raising to 50,000 in first position and Kihara again jammed, this time from the cutoff.

Smith folded to send another pot Kihara's way and boost him over 800,000

Yockey and Smith Chop; Ashton Chips Up

Niveau 16 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

Bryce Yockey: {k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} / {5-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Dan Smith: {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} / {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{q-Spades}

Bryce Yockey bet a low board against Dan Smith and the latter eventually called on seventh street after mulling it over for a fair bit. Yockey announced a low and king-high, which chopped as Smith won the high pot with ace-queen high.

One table over, Matthew Ashton had a bet on the river of a king-high board and tabled the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for the top two pair in order to get paid off by Dan Cates right before the end of the level.
