ClubGG WSOP Bubble Protect
ClubGG WSOP Bubble Protect

Imagine how gutted you would be if you bought into the 2022 World Series of Poker Main Event and navigated your way through several days of action only to crash out on the money bubble and having to return empty-handed. Now imagine how elated you would be if that happened but then the folks over at ClubGG gave you back your $10,000 buy-in.

ClubGG's incredible WSOP bubble protection promotion continues with four more events eligible for having their bubble protection. Scores of players were protected in The Housewarming, the Monster Stack, the Millionaire Maker, and the Colossus after signing up for a $49.99 per month ClubGG subscription.

There are many reasons to sign up for a subscription at ClubGG, including being able to win your way into live events worldwide, including the 2022 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event. But perhaps best of all, being a ClubGG subscriber protects your bubble for the events shown below, which kick off over the weekend.

  • Event #66: $1,000 Mini Main Event - July 1 to 3
  • Event #68: $1,000 Million Dollar Bounty - July 2 to 7
  • Event #70: $10,000 Main Event - July 3 to 17
  • Event #85: $1,500 The Closer - July 15 to 18

The four remaining bubble-protected WSOP tournaments above are all covered by ClubGG's bubble protection. Finish exactly one place outside the money, find a PokerNews or ClubGG representative at the WSOP, give them a few details, and if you are a ClubGG Platinum member you will receive your first buy-in back as WSOP credit for future events. Players should head to the GGLounge, located between Bally's and Paris, between 2:00 p.m, and 4:00 p.m. Vegas time to claim their prize.

In addition to the WSOP Bubble Protection promotion, ClubGG Platinum members, those who subscribe for $49.99 per month, have unlimited attempts to win their way into live events, including the 2022 WSOP Main Event.

Mizrachi Slips, Earns a Chop

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Michael Mizrachi just recently lost a big pot and was down to around 500,000 at the start of the hand. Three players got involved and they headed to a flop of {k-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}. Within moments, everyone got their chips in the middle in what turned into a huge pot.

Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Michael Mizrachi: {k-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}

Mizrachi currently held the best hand with two pair but there were plenty of draws out there. The {a-Clubs} still left Mizrachi in the lead and the {9-Spades} on the river improved two players to a straight. Mizrachi earned half of the pot and one player was sent to the payout desk.

Cada Goes Runner-Runner

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

In a threw-way hand, the flop came {q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Clubs} and the action checked around to the {2-Diamonds} on the turn. Joe Cada led out with a bet of 35,000 from the small blind and the big blind just called.

The river was the {2-Clubs} and Cada moved all in. The big blind called off his stack of just 11,000 and Cada turned over {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for a full house. His opponent showed {k-}{q-}{7-}{3-} for three pair as his cards went into the muck.

Lennon Doubles

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jeff Lennon was all in for 103,000 and was called on a {5-Hearts}{6-Spades}{a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} board, with 150,000 in the middle already.

Jeff Lennon: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

With one card to come the {a-Hearts} did improve his opponent to trips, but it was no match for the boat of Lennon.

Mizrachi Claims Another Victim

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

There was a raise to 35,000 in middle position and a call from the hijack. Michael Mizrachi re-raised to 70,000 in the big blind and the initial raiser moved all in for 118,000. It folded back to Mizrachi who quickly called.

Opponent: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}
Michael Mizrachi: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

Mizrachi was ahead with the pocket aces and the board ran out {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{5-Spades}{9-Clubs} which gave Mizrachi the win.
